I've stayed here a lot - always on business - and I've never been impressed. I wouldn't choose it if I was holidaying with family or friends. It's an expansive property that should be better but isn't. It has always been expensive and while rooms are OK, they're not inspiring. A little inspection and routine maintenance would have sorted the... More

Met some friends who were staying at the Novotel on Friday night for dinner at the hotel restaurant. It has so much going for it with great view, lovely open space feel, nice obliging staff, but the food did not reach the same standard. Our table of four ordered three mains and the fourth person two entrees. The whole lot... More

Stayed 3 nights in a large 2 bed apartment. Views from room are stunning. Great central location in the Barossa to tour around the wineries and villages. Good facilities at the hotel. Furniture a bit tired. Disey in the restaurant so helpful on local recommendations. Free wine tastings.

Loved the hotel in the Barossa, it is affordable, clean and has the most amazing views. Food and service was also very good. There wasn't much info in the rooms like how to connect to the Internet or when the restaurant opens for breakfast. An excellent place for couple to get away!

Another short stay, but a good one, with a Family room for 3 and a beautiful lunch at Rockford's Winery. Perhaps next time we can enjoy a few days ambience in the beautiful setting. Last trip included a meal at FermentAsia - yum again! So much to see and do.

Stayed for two nights with my wife to explore the Barossa. Nice place to stay, about a 70min drive from Adelaide airport. Rooms are nice and comfortable, all with great views. Good standard resort facilities and most importantly easy access to all that the Barossa has to offer. Staff and very nice and welcoming. Had dinner at the hotel on... More

Spent 2 nights here with friends as a base to explore the region. The Hotel has a beautiful outlook and the renovated Restaurant has amazing views as do all the rooms, looking out over the vines and the rolling hills. We didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening but the breakfasts were outstanding, the choice and range were excellent,... More

Second visit to Novotel for us, and as previous visit, the view, rooms, staff were top quality. However, we felt the kitchen was the weak link. 5 over cooked prawns with pasta at $30 odd was a bit rich , and a bought chicken pie as a main a little too simple.
