If you want to spend a night in Khuraburi, near the pier this place is the best choice! Nice, tidy place, friendly owner, budget price for a perfect room with AC. The owner was very friendly, helped with the transfer to the pier!

Khura Buri is definitely not your typical Thai tourist destination. Boon Piya is mostly likely your best choice when in town but don't expect too much. Not sure how this can be identified as a resort. It is a just collection of bungalows. They are in pretty good shape and clean enough. No sheets were provided for sleeping, just rather...

When in Kuraburi Boon Piya's is the place to stay. For me there is no question. The family are very welcoming. Boon Piya was so helpful with our travel arrangements too. He came over to our bungalow the morning we were heading off to the Surin Islands and said that we had better get a move on because the boat...

We stayed in Boon Piya resort for 3 nights. While my companions were off on adventures with Andamann Discoveries, I stayed at the hotel because I wasn't feeling well. The individual bungalows are twin bedded, Very clean and quiet despite being just steps from the main road in Kuraburi. The A/C worked well as did the hot water shower. Fresh...

I feel terrible saying that, as the owner of this little motel and his family are so helpful and lovely and kind. The place is new, basic but good and the air conditioning works well. The owner brought us up complimentary water too! And all this for only £12 (600 baht)! But sadly we just didn't sleep well as the...

A couple of days ago I had to stay in Kuraburi for one night and this place was recommended by Andaman Discoveries. Its just perfect right in the center of town, clean bungalows with air con and tv. Good prices too, and best part is close to the market and local eateries. If you have to stay in Kuraburi its...

Stayed there with friends the night before we went diving to Richelieu Rock. Nice, clean place. A free bottle of water provided. If you stay there, go have dinner on the opposite side of the road. it's called M R Kosak Testaurant Organic Vegetables!! Nevermind the name...it's Thai food. And it's excellent!!!

Very nice place to stay in this quiet town. Rooms and grounds are clean and maintained. WiFi available, TV (all Thai channels), AC and water provided. No refrigerator in room. Drinks are available for sale in the hotel cooler. Bed cover is actually oversized towels. They are adequate since AC is good. Close to shops and 7-11. Owner is very...

Boon Piya is not a very glamourous resort in the 'not very glamourous' town of Kuraburi. We stayed twice on our way to and from nearby islands. It has everything you need for a short stay - hot showers, tv, wifi (either in room or at the owners office), comfortable bed - plus the place is super clean. It also...

We spent a night at the Boon Piya Resort on the night before we went for our homestay in Ta Pae Yoy on Koh Pra Thong, in mid september, 2011. We got in about 8.30pm in the middle of a storm (it rained so heavy) and were met with a very friendly reception. We got into our room with a...
