I stayed in this hostel for only three nights but my girlfriend stayed much longer. The hostel is very nice with lots of cosy small buildings with all the rooms. We had a private room without AC but with a beautiful view. Other rooms also have AC. There is no swimmingpool but the sea is really close. The staff also...

The whole facilitites seem to have seen better times. Old bath room, extremely tight space, windows can not be locked any more. It does not really make sense to put the air condition on as there are windows which are not closeable and where the heat enters. Scary was the note at the reception that the hotel management refuses to...

I have mixed feelings about Techo Azules. I had an en suite room. The place was clean but the fresh air vents let all sorts of bugs in. A piece of fine mesh sheeting over the vents would cater for this problem. I was bitten all over by mosquitos unnecessarily. The wall mounted TV had electric power wires taped together...

Me and my boyfriend decided to stay in Taganga for 2 weeks as a break from our long-term travels, as we needed some chill-out and scuba-diving time. After moving out from Casa Beula (dont go there) the first day, we found Techos Azules. It is recently renovated in a greek style, all in blue and white. It is really close...

We stayed on Techos Azules for over 2 weeks, as we were taking a break from our long time travels. I am glad we chose this hotel, as it really offers a great location away from the noise of the main strip, but still overlooking all of Taganga beach and bay. We could hear the party music from way below,...

the Techos Azules Hostel is one of the few nice places in Taganga. the hostel is cosy, with great view from the terrace with hammocks. but it is worth to stay in Taganga just 1 night, when travelling to Tayrona park or further along the Atlantic Coast. because Taganga is a very dirty place, it is so sad, that the...

This hostel is in a beautiful location with stunning views. However, we experiences some challenges. We arrived after dark, tired after a long drive, and were given a room (we had a reservation) with the following: 1) toilet didn't flush (staff eventually repaired) 2) shower was barely a trickle of water 3) ceiling fan made such a racket that our...

We have made a reservation for a matrimonial room, and arrived to the hotel fully packed, as the woman said that we didn't reserve because she cannot find us in the computer and so we had to insist that we DID reserve, she did us a favor by giving us the worst room (boiling hot, almost no air) with the view...

Great hotel with a Greek theme. Lovely white buildings, blue trim, hammocks and BBQ with a fantastic view of the ocean. Great hotel or hostel with kitchen and nearby restaurant coming soon. Short walk to beach, can organize tours and transfers and they also have laundry service. Some staff were more than helpful, others needed to be prodded.
