Very nice view of the water but overshadowed by the highway. Boat ramp for $15.00 launch fee. Huge overflowing dumpster, several unfinished yard projects.
Very poorly maintained property. No updates. Dirty, loud window air conditioner. Dirty floors, holes in dry wall throughout.
