Rooms are standard but clean. Always friendly staff. Our must-stay hotel when visiting family. Love the place. Right next to the US/CDN border. WARNING: Water isn't drinkable but bottled water is provided. Not a big deal. Showers and sinks were fine.
The hotel reception is in another building. There is no lock on the main hotel entrance so anyone can enter the hotel area at any time. There are signs on the mirrors stating "do not drink the water" with no reasons given. They did provide...More

How could we accommodate 2 families.(a total of 6guests) ; a couple- the grand-parents) and a family of 2adults and 2 children( one 3 year old and the other 10years old)? Would there be adjoining rooms available? What is a family room? Any suggestions to minimize costs? We, the Senior Grand-parents are paying for the accommodation as well as a visit to the Safari . Hi unfortunatly when we went there we were 2 couples, we took 2 rooms, i assume there are connecting rooms, but it is better to check with the front desk once you make the booking to be sure, otherwise the rooms are next to each other in a seperate building, And the front desk are very helpful. You can also take 2 double rooms and it will be enough, the rooms are not big but will accomodate you. My wife and me took a 2 double bed and we used one bed only and was enough space.
Have a great vacation.
