Hi James, I'm not a golfer and probably not the best judge but I took my 2 lads out for a round. I'd say it's basic and not overly difficult if you are a proficient golfer. I can't remember the exact price for club hire but the one thing I do remember is they give you 4 or 5 balls - on returning they charged like 2 euro for each lost ball. Take your own as it can be expensive if you are as bad as me. The frisbee/disk golf in the woods is actually better fun.
