We visit this very nice hotel yearly. Allways such a relaxing time spend. The rooms very nice and spacious with a great view of the Indian Ocean. Food at the hotel and adjacent restaurant is very good. On the beach and nice long walks a must. Book in advance. Tar road all the way to Morgans Bay.

Best food and atmosphere ever!! Had a lovely walk on the beach. Did not stay at the Hotel but definitely will next time visiting East London! Great day outing, but it will be high on my books for even a week of holiday. Even equipped with a lovely spa and a top rated local masseuse.

This was our fourth visit to this idyllic spot. The attention to personal detail from check-in all the way through to check-out is unprecedented (a nice touch is the personal mention every guest receives on the menus). The Friday night fish-dinner was delicious! The one night stop-over was worth every kilometer of the approx 100km detour we had to make... More

We last spent a week here during the 2015 December holidays and it was pure bliss as always. The rooms are of a high quality and are serviced daily. Our room had a balcony with a 180 degree view spanning from the beach on the left to the majestic cliffs on the right. All meals were catered and were absolutely... More

Spent a lovely weekend with the hubby recharging batteries. Erica and the Team at Morgs were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were given room 52, with a lovely view of the beach, which was spacious and sunny on a chilly winter day. The Seafood dinner was fabulous; I found the standard of the food generally to be splendid. It was... More

This is just one of those "must return" places on the Wild Coast! Fantastic stay as always. Beautiful views, comfortable lounges and delicious meals - Always makes for a weekend of fun! Avoid rooms 1 and 2 - there is an underlying damp smell which is juts about covered by the room freshener.

Visited Morgan Bay Hotel for a family weekend. The hotel offers old fashioned hospitality. Rooms are large and comfortable without being ultra modern. Food was excellent and ambiance very restful. The weather in June was ideal for long walks on the unspoiled beaches, and the sunsets amazing. It proved to be a great place to recharge spent city batteries.
