The view from the window is excellent and breakfast with pastries from the bakery downstairs to die for. The hotel is located in the centre of Sepulveda with good access to nice walking trails. The room has a large cupboard to store away luggage (otherwise this would have been a problem as the room only has enough space to walk around the bed. Parking can be done on the roads leading into the town with opportunity to drive to the square and unload the luggage. Friendly staff providing suggestions for walks. The lights in the room are focussed on lighting the pictures on the wall with two table lamps on either side of the bed but these barely allow you to read. We visited in September when the weather was cooler, but the room has no air conditioning and might get warm in summer.
We stayed two nights, and were totally satisfied by our room, and the wonderful breakfasts. There are a number of great choices for meals in this very scenic town. And the young women who seems to do virtually everything here to run the inn is very sweet, although with almost no English. Her husband speaks more English, but is not always there. And now the "but". We parked our car out front in the Plaza Espana on our first night with no problems. We used the same spot our second night, and were surprised the next morning to find a market in full swing in the square, set up around our car. And we had a ticket on our windshield, which cost us over 100 Euros. We should have been told the previous day that we couldn't park there that night -- and no, there was no parking restriction posted for where we were parked. We do fault the people managing our inn, and they definitely have to be more proactive in advising their guests where they can park, and when.…
Located right on the main square above a bakery which also supplies the delicious breakfast each day. Roughly around 9 rooms, I think 5-6 have views of the countryside and the reminder the square. Definitely worth asking for a countryside view, the full balcony doors can be opened up. Clean, smart, excellent shower, good service all for a decent price. Wonderful walks nearby and plenty of restaurants in the beautiful hilltop town.
Excellent place, ver clean and beautiful. Room good size. Good location on the center of the city. Price is correct. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of options and service staff was good and friendly. A lot of history
Five foreigners felt very comfortable in your luxurious and charming surroundings. The rooms are decorated so beautifully and have nice views. We are still talking about the great breakfast. The croissants and the jam were memorable. The location is ideal for sightseeing in your historic town.
