My wife and I stayed over for 4 nights. We booked a double room. When we arrived we asked if it was possible to get a kettle in the room (morning coffee before a dive is very important...) and, due to the fact that it was the quiet season, were given a house to stay in. Ask for a kettle,...

We spent 4 days in Ponta. We originally came for the Dolphins and for diving. However due to weather we were stranded for a couple of days. Luckily we had a great flat at the Kaya Kweru. Good roomy bedrooms, full kitchen and a spacious living room. There's a pool at the closed yard surrounded by the hotel's restaurant and...

Booked via agent in Feb for bf's bday wknd after considering places closest to beach that catered for accommodation, meals and shuttle service. Bato picked us at Kosi Bay and the short trip to Kaya Kweru on the sandy dunes was an experience on its own. We were greeted by Emilia who explained meal times and were taken to the...

I stayed at Kaya Kweru for 3 nights on a recent trip with my wife and adult son. We had a two bed self-catering unit. The cost was about $100 a night.... So, what can I say. Firstly the staff were really friendly and Victor the manager very helpful at all times. The accommodation itself was clean and functional ....

It is always a risk when you take over the accommodation booking for 13 people at a venue you have never stayed in, in a town you have not been to in 15 years. We were so pleasantly surprised! Victor proved to be an awesome host, checking on our group every now and again to see if everything is OK....

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time at Kaya Kweru, Victor the manager went above and beyond to make our stay very special. It is one of the few options for couples/ solo travellers so we were pleased that it was in a great location right by the beach and our dive-centre. The wifi was good and they have...
