Stay for the first time with family. The cleanliness of the Bungalow is below average but I guess most of the hotel around also suffer the same problem. Went there for the natural hot spring water but other than that is disappointing. Meals is mediocre. I prefer Sumber Alam for the more greenery surrounding.

We rent a cottage for a day. Of course each cottage can accommodate family, so I love the concept. We feel at home with a private bath and warm water. There are tea, coffee and warm water served in the cottage. Breakfast is included, as well as the ticket to the water boom. The negative side, some facilities doesn't work....

We visited this resort on ramadhan month before ied festive so the hotel was very quiet. We stayed in bungalow within medium private hot water pool inside. But the public swimming pool outside our room was very bad and dirty, the slide was broken as well. Breakfast and dinner menu were served at the restaurant hotel.

Pros: good hospitality, biggest waterpark afaik in garut, good food, natural hot water, get dinner and breakfast meal Cons: Little bit dirty, dusty, sometimes too crowded because the facility is open for the public, less private.

This hotel has good water park for you and your family, especially for your kids. Hot spring water park is nice for your kids which is Garut approx 700 m from sea level. They can play warm water in cool weather like Garut City West Java. 7 km from this hotel you could find international quality of leather handicraft

One of the good places to go in Garut. I have reserve a bungalow room, the weather is rainy, to make it worse, you have to prepare to get wet to get to the room. There aren't any breezeway. Inside the bungalow, they don't have shower, just a tub for hot bath. The swimming pool is not exclusive for hotel...
