The spa and the hotel were good. The only inconvenience was that we couldn't go to the restaurant without the reservation. There is also a Pub in there, but I strongly do not recommend that place. It has been the worst experience in my life so far. The service was unpolite, angry (and we barely saw her or anybody else to ask about our order) and assumed we speak Russian. We waited our food for 2 hours and it was cold, expensive and really bad. I even didn't eat mine. We were shocked. There were only three tables they had to serve, so it wasn't overwhelmingly packed. If you don't want to ruin your vacay don't go into the pub. Everything else was beautiful, clean and cozy! The nature and the beach were amazing even in October.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel ans SPA. The pub was alright - we didn’t expect much from a pub. It was all good until we decided to visit the restoraunt on our last evening of stay. The start was good and friendly service, but it dissappeared during the evening. The service was very unprofessional comparing with price we paid. The main dishes were poorely served. The Servant didn’t ask our preference of meat cooked and served it rare by default - should have been medium, but it was far from that. We were sitting with all dirty plates on the table. Servant absolutely forgot our table. Terrible service and resto experince. We had to leave the resto with dishes not finished, bad mood and nobody bothered about our issue. They just said oops, sorry - shot happpens :D. Absolute disaster!!!! Don’t visit!!! Save your money!!!

It was a rainy day and we decided to go and warm up in SPA. Never been to NOOrUS before so we booked one night stay in family room. Everything was very good starting from reception desk finishing with pools and saunas. Breakfast was good with an adequate joice of food and drinks.

We arrived to the hotel on Saturday and stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and quiet. Somehow we found ourselves missing a mirror next to the door. Please add a big mirror somewhere in the room :) The massages were amazing. The waiter at the Romantic Garden was great, unfortunately the food did not live up to the expectations. Then again the saunas and pool area was awesome. Overall a good stay :)

Good quality and price relation. Rooms were a little old, needs some refreshment, but otherwise everything was nice and easy. PS: Dinner buffe could last till 21:00 at least, because when you have some spa procedures then you just wont manage by time.
