Just spent 3 nights here during a week-end break to Brussels, ideally placed for good public transport links. We had room 217 which is overlooking the side street, the room itself was obviously newly refurbished, immaculately clean including the kitchenette and everything in it. The room has a door opening onto a Juliet balcony which made the room light and...

We stayed at the Citadines which is a typicla apartment hotel. In May the days were HOT but the AC was not working so sleeping at night was uncomfortable. Since we had a room on the first floor we could not keep the window open since the street was noisy. Close to a Metro and restaurants nearby but far from...

The room we had - 310 - was cramped. The lighting is poor making reading difficult. The hob was dirty. There is a toilet separate from the bathroom which would be good but there is no hand basin in the cubicle. The area is good - easy access on foot or by metro or tram. Good supermarket just around the...

...there is hardly a better location to stay in Brussels. Close to excellent public transportation both subway and tram, the place is also in walking distance to good theatres, and the old city centre. The rooms are well equipped, good in size, and clean. There is a proper bathroom, a separate toilette, and a kitchenette that even has a dishwasher...

The apartment-style accommodation was very comfortable and well-priced, with a spacious living area and bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a separate walk-in wardrobe/storage area. For self-catering convenience, there is a supermarket located just around the corner and a charming deli/cafe only a short walk away that offers pre-prepared hot meals and gourmet delicacies. The location is great;...

Stayed there for a week, mixture of a conference trip and a weekend with the OH, found the reception staff polite and helpful and the room was comfy and clean. No complaints about the bed/kitchen area or bathroom really other than a slightly strange noise which came from the shower while you were using it. TV even had a few...

In Brussels for a business trip planned late and with my "priority" hotels booked out, the citadines Toison d'Or offered the most convenient alternative, in particular being placed 50 meters from an underground stating ("Louise") connecting directly to the Souther station and at (slightly long, 1.2 kms) walking distance from the European Commission district. The hotel itself is nothing special,...

Our family of four (sons ages 5 and 3) stayed in one of the apartments and were very pleased. The suite was large, and though minimally furnished with dated furniture, everything was clean and comfortable, including the queen-sized bed and pull-out couch. The walls are a bit thin, but we requested and received a quiet room in a quiet area...

Next door to Louise Metro Station close to bars and shops. The Hotel could do with additional desk staff for check in, but maybe I was just unlucky arriving just behind a party of Spanish children. The room itself was clean and tidy, although the bathroom has seen better days. I was able to walk from the hotel to the...
