I have stayed here a number of time and really enjoy the locality and facilities. This place has brilliant access to the pools and beach. Rooms are nice but some are a bit dated. Overall the resort is pretty standard but great for a short stay.

This "Hotel", and I use that term loosely, is not worth anywhere near what they charge. It is extremely outdated. The rooms are VERY small and furnishings are VERY old. Everything in the room feels old and dirty and very used. Then they have the audacity to charge $20AUD/day for internet. They also still use actual keys for the rooms,...

Location and views were good. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet area even though airport is close by. Room could use updating and carpet cleaned as there were many stains. Smell from bathroom floor drain. Finger marks and stains on the wall outside bathroom.

Nice spacious rooms, lovely swimming pool and gardens. Staff extremely friendly and obliging. Restaurant food was delicious and great value. A good selection of "specials" for lunch from $12. Breakfast starts from $8 for a bacon and egg Turkish roll (2 eggs and 2 rashers of bacon) dinner from $12. A must is the banana & macadamia nut spring rolls...

Very happy with our stay. We booked a 2 bedroom through Groupon and received a three bedroom with huge courtyard! Food good at restaurant but close to some fantastic restaurants (we loved the Loose Goose at Twin Waters). Close to Mt Coolum hike and golf, easy to walk the surf board to the beach! Lazing by the pool was bliss....

Lovely pool, hotel room not much larger than the bed. Apartments would be a better option. We stayed in the central part which needs to be refurbished. No room for chairs in the room - could only sit on the bed. Balcony table and chair were a salvation until it rained and there was not enough room to use them...

Wonderful location, friendly staff. Though the rooms are dated, they are comfortable and the location makes up for anything lacking in room quality. Nice pool. The beach is on your doorstep. No room service and takeaways from the restaurant attract a extra fee. (The restaurant is not run by the resort)

Overall a good location and a nice room. After reading others reviews we stated balcony & ocean view are essentials. We achieved these. Per other reviews, it did get noisy on the Friday and Saturday night but you'd get that anywhere. Just close your balcony door. You're in non serviced apartments so lower your expectations about being looked after. Few things you'll have...
