Great family friendly resort. We stayed for 2 nights, room was ready before check in time. Rooms are spacious. We stayed in 2 Queen room, mini fridge, microwave, futon in living room. Room overlooked the pool. Heated pool was great. About 7 minute walk to restaurants. Jessie, Sohail and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They are pet friendly and have several different types of accommodations for all family types and sizes. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Had booked for September 2020 but couldn't go because of Covid. Had to argue to be able to postpone the booking for 2021 because the management wanted to cancel without a refund. Fast forward to today and I have just tried to book another time in august, using our credit. We agreed to higher prices for high season but they will not let us book one night, first they were insisting 2 nights, then it became a 3 night minimum. In the end I had to hang up and let them keep our money. I have travelled all over and have never encountered such unhelpful management. I feel all they wanted was the money and they could not care less about customer service. I get that Covid has been hard on everyone but I am very disappointed and feel like I have been duped.

Stayed 2 nights in a small cabin and it's very basic. 2 squeaky double beds, tv (but the remote didn't work so only 1 channel), bathroom. Due to covid, we had to bring our own towels and blankets which is no problem. Yes, close to the beach and downtown, pool was still maintained even at the beginning of September but we did not use it. I booked this room a month ago (July 31) at $104. When I checked on Sept 11, I was being charged $169 for a large cabin. I had to tell them 3x I booked a small cabin online on their website for $104 a night (we were there 2 nights). After 15 minutes telling them that it was supposed to be $104, the person told me that since I booked it so early in advanced (it was only a month and a few days before check in), that their prices increased and that it was now $109. I didn't want to argue for a $10 difference for the 2 nights so I paid it. Then I get to the small cabin and it seemed the floor was very grimy. The whole cabin is tilted so walking into the bathroom feels weird. There was still sand all over the floor and the TV turned on but didn't change to any channels so I guess the remote control didn't work. In the bathroom, there was dead fly on the wall, housekeeping didn't even clean this up! No hangers to hang your towels or anything else; no extra toilet paper available. Maybe I was given an outdated cabin - probably (don't stay in cabin 24!). By the way, there's no cleaning service the next day. The good news is, there is Wifi. Would I stay here again? maybe for an emergency when I booked this otherwise NO...If you really want to stay here ask for a bigger cabin, and ask for a renovated room and check if they cleaned it properly, bring indoor slippers so you don't bring the mess indoors and check that they don't try to charge you more for a booking you've made online and have a copy of it to prove it.

We stayed last evening at this hotel. It has a nice chill vibe with two inn sections and some cottages. Because of covid they closed the lounge space and make you bring your own towels and comforters. Overall I’d rate it well except for two key things. The first is the toilet in our room was jammed against a wall. The second and The biggest issue was the darn beds. They are just terrible. The worst. If they replaced the beds this would be a gem.

The Good: Management were so very accommodating and friendly. Cabin 21 was very clean Location to beach, just 2 minute walk BBQ Bonfire Pit Picnic Table The Bad: Sulphur water Mattresses were horrible, squeaked even when sitting on it. Very very tiny room, maybe 10 x10 with not enough room in bathroom for toiletries (maybe install small table/shelving unit beside sink) Bathroom outlet didn’t work 4 very small drawers with one nailed shut Walls between cabins are paper thin Some sort of divider on deck between cabins would help. We had 4 girls beside us that were rather loud and with only one fire pit and bbq between 2 cabins, it got confusing over who was able to use what. Parking was all over the lawns
