Stayed at this B&B for the first time and would highly recommend a visit. Myself, husband and 4 year old son had a very pleasant stay, rooms were very clean and have ample space for all 3 of us to be comfortable. The owners are a very lovely couple who made you feel very welcome. plenty of choice for breakfast , dining room very clean. Location was perfect as it was a stones throw away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Will recommend to friends and family.

A friend and I arrived at Elizabeth Guest House just after 10am as we also rented a beach hut from Steve and Hannah; who are absolutely lovely and gave us a very friendly welcome. To our surprise our room was ready and Hannah said we could go straight up. The guest house is very close to the town and beach with easy access to the beach hut too. Hannah is very happy to recommend local eateries for dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable and included a vanity basin. The shower room and toilet were just next door. The breakfast room was light and colourful decorated in a lovely 40s/50s style. There was a good selection of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, cereals available as well as a toaster, preserves, filter coffee & a kettle to make tea. We had everything we needed; it was just perfect. We were very happy and comfortable. I am very excited about Hannah and Steve's plans for the place next year. I will definitely be going back with my family. I can thoroughly recommend their beach huts too - check their website! You won't be disappointed. I have loved Walton for as long as I can remember. All my childhood holidays were spent there during the 1970's. Steve and Hannah have really helped keep my happy memories alive. Thank you.

On arrival Hannah kindly let me book in early. The guest house is a lovely clean , friendly and accommodating place. The guest house itself is perfectly situated with immediate access to Walton Pier and the surrounding town. The room was bright , spotlessly clean , extremely homely and very comfortable. Although it wasn't ensuite the access to the shower & toilet was immediately adjacent to my room so no inconvenience at all. The lovely breakfast room has a family feel to it and Hannah is as flexible as possible as to when you care to take breakfast. The breakfast was a selection of fresh fruit , cereals , toast & a selection of yoghurts and breakfast biscuits. A selection of teas and coffee was also on tap. Coming and going in the guest house was a smooth and trouble free process , but if help was needed Hannah made herself available to help . I would book to stay at the guest house again in a heartbeat , I loved it there. If you want quality accommodation in Walton on the Naze the the Elizabeth Guest house is the number 1 choice . Caroline Aylott .

Very welcoming and very clean. Hannah & Steve are both very friendly and nothing too much to ask. I got a little sun burned yesterday and Hannah lent me some aloe Vera. No cooked breakfast but for myself, I found the freshly squeezed orange juice, perculated coffee, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, toast and a variety of cereals a nice refreshing change. (Considering I don't normall get time for breakfast anyway). Lovely shower room and comfortable bed and only a very short walk from the beach and pier. Highly recommend .

Lovely room, very quiet yet close to all amenities. Five minute walk from the train station. Beautiful beach...very sandy. Lovely coastal walks around the Naze and to nearby Frinton- on- Sea. Continental breakfast with plenty of choice, Our stay was all the more enjoyable as we had excellent weather. Clacton is nearby, again with lovely beaches.
