Let me start with the good. Service at the hotel was terrific. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Over the course of the stay, staff helped with touring options to dinner suggestions to reservations to just a friendly chat. They spoke excellent English and really made my stay much, much better than it otherwise would have been. Another...

I stayed in the hotel for two days and cannot complain. Although the internet connection is some rooms does not work. Breakfasts are ok. A lot to choose from. Besides, everywhere near. Easy to find. Nothing to complain.

I stayed here on business during the spring. Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating. They speak conversational English. The facility is a bit dated and could use some fixture upgrades but charming with a classic look. Location is great. Directly across from the entrance to the old town and all its shops. Easy access to main travel routes. The front...

Traveling to Crema every few months on business for the past 5 years, I have stayed at Ponte Di Rialto over 10 times and it is the best hotel in Crema! The staff is incredible and makes you fell like family. It is very safe, clean and the rooms are huge which I love. I have travelled all over the...

This is when the very friendly and cooperative staff compensates what is missing to make it a real four star hotel. I had probably the biggest room on the first floor of the main building. The room is really spacious more than 25 sq m that would allow to place a real desk. This is not for business guests who...

We only stayed one night as I had business in the area. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds. Staff helpful. Very close to the city centre which has lots of lovely fashion shops for men and women. Good restaurants near by. Free WiFi very good quality. Breakfast is adequate.

I stayed here for work. There were many simple things that could be corrected to make your stay better. For example they have a mini bar and on the list there are a number of items you can have, open the bar and there’s next to nothing inside. Either have a mini bar or doesn't, having a half empty one...

I stayed there 1 time 2 year ago, and comparably speaking, this recent trip has been better than before. Pro: The room is very very spacious, still very good standard of cleaness. Fast check in and check out. The breakfast is not a plus, but OK according to Italian standard (meaning no hot breakfast). I ordered a good coffee from...
