Very clean, good parking facilities, very good pub and restaurant, very easy to find with very attractive beaches and coves to visit, great place to stay if visiting the New Forest and surrounding area's.

Bed very hard but the one in the second room was very soft one side. Towels very thin Food in the pub/restaraunt for travel lodge guests booking breakfast, not of a good standard. Coffee black but didn't actually taste like coffee, cooked breakfast ingredients of poor quality, the emphasis seems to focus on the quantity available to eat If you stay...

Bed uncomfortable one of the worst nights sleeps ever. Room temperature locked between 19° and 25° way too stuffy especially when the windows have suicide locks on so you get bout 2" of air. No shaver/electric toothbrush charging point in the bathroom. No internal telephone. WiFi is rubbish so used mobile data. Car park is okay but can be pot...

We stay for a long weekend (3nights) and found it a good place to place ourselves to visit what we wanted to. Pleasant situation, quiet . Easy assess to New Forest and Bournemouth. A few banging of doors late at night. Warm good breakfasts.

Another great stay in another great Premier Inn. We swear buy them. Cheap, modern and extremely clean and comfortable. Our kids just absolutely loved it. Stayed here when visiting family already staying in Bournemouth! Highly recommended !

Very pleasant room, quite spacious with the usual formula of little storage space - no problem at all for a couple of days. The staff were friendly, the hotel is well located and breakfast and evening meal in The Globe opposite were very good indeed. The room was as warm as we wanted it in February, hairdryer and tea and...

Best price you'll find in the area for a decent hotel room. Yes it's nothing fancy, but with all premier inns, the value for money is the main thing. All the amenities you need, great central location and comfortable room.

No problem with the hotel room, but disappointed with the full english breakfast in the pub attached to the hotel. Bacon wasn't very good, egg was poor colour, poorly cooked, and plate very greasy. Certainly not worth £8.99. Think next time might as well go to Sainsburys - couldn't be any worse, and certainly cheaper!

maryZ6737WQ, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Christchurch/Highcliffe Premier Inn. I am glad to read there were no problems with your stay at the hotel. I am however sorry that the breakfast was not to its usual standard. I have passed this feedback over to the restaurant team. Once again thanks for your review....
