First impressions of Caddon View was lovely very well kept gardens and spacious parking. We were greeted by Steve who was very welcoming even though he was going through a family problem and he was left single handed, we were shown upstairs to our supervisor room the Moorfoot which was a generous size with sofa and tv, kettle, condiments, small...

The building is very well kept both inside & out with beautiful original doors, cornices, soft furnishings and decor & the sitting room is particularly inviting with the wood burning fire. Our Deluxe Room & en-suite was spacious and very comfortable. Please book your food in advance to avoid disappointment. We only booked (using a hotel booking company) the day...

Quick overnight to Innerleithen for mountain biking and booked Caddon View last minute. Warmly welcomed, lovely and warm, beautiful decor and very clean, large, warm and welcoming room. House is in a great location, easy walk to Main St in Innerleithen. They offer dinner as well but we had eaten on our way over.

This is the second time I have stayed at Caddon View. The first time was with a friend, who I was MTBing with, and we stayed it in the twin bedded room. In short it was excellent. My visit this time was a little different as I went with my wife and 4 other friends, with us all staying in...

Stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant stay in a lovely B&B. The rooms were warm and cosy, spotlessly clean and comfortable and felt very much like home for a couple of days. Both Lisa and Steve made us feel very welcome and nothing was a bother to them. Steve over heard us talking about getting some milk...

We stayed at Caddon View for the last two nights of our tour of Scotland. A really beautiful property. We stayed in a ground floor room, which was spacious with good facilities. The bed was very comfortable. I had the foresight to book an evening meal at the house for our first evening, I wish I had booked for both...

We visited as a couple during the Coast & Castles cycle ride. Great breakfast and comfortable room and staff were very helpful - especially when we arrived with soaking clothes and shoes! Cycles were placed in secure storage overnight. We would recommend for cyclists passing through.

We stayed here for two nights en route to further north and it was a good choice. Steve made us feel very welcome when we arrived, though unfortunately we were a bit too late for tea and cake. Our comfortable room was not en-suite but the bathroom was only two steps away down a quiet corridor used by only one...
