Came there from crazy Tokyo. Just what we needed. Very peaceful and relaxing. Friendly, welcoming monks, great food, very nice garden, perfect location for exploring the cemetery. The whole area is very peaceful and spiritual. Would recommend a visit for anybody travelling in japan.

Hello, we have tried to make a booking through 'Travel arrange Japan' website but I am unsure if it is confirmed. Is there a way to contact Shojoshin-in Temple directly? Thank you in advance for your help.

Has anyone stayed at a this temple as a solo traveler? I just contacted Japan Guest Houses requesting info and they told me some temples are reluctant to accept single guests.
