This is a great resort for families with kids. It's well located and the view is amazing. The food is pretty good as well, though it can be pricey. There no shortage of alcohol available, but they made the odd decision to close the coral bar while we were there. One night we really wanted cocktails and couldn't get them because no bar was open. Seems like a strange choice. It is a very nice place to stay, though, in the final analysis.

This hotel is catering for families with kids, so it is not calm, everything closes early. We stayed for a week here in July. Positive: spacey rooms, you can refuse the cleaning of your room (encouraged by discount coupons) , nice staff, a lot of marine activities (snorkeling, kayak, etc) Negative: they charge for the sun beds on the beach (maybe it is Japanese practice, but all over the world if the hotel has a private beach, the sun beds for clients are free), not enough free of charge sun beds near the swimming pool (maybe only 20 sun beds for over 500 room hotel), the pool is dirty. All restaurants close at 9 pm, the bar was closed during our stay without explanation. The buffet dinners had the same food every day, although there was a choice, after couple of days it is too boring. Overall it is an OK hotel, needs a little repair here and there.

My husband chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and it came with more perks then I expected, special coupons, all you can eat breakfasts and beautiful location. The only thing my husband and I wishes was that the hotel took better care of the beach by cleaning up the garbage that part was a real shame. Otherwise love the facilities and atmosphere we didn't want to go back home to work.

Facilities visibly dated but general ambience and aminities have kept the place well placed and decently regarded as a good get-away for family. Breakfast average, especially the Japanese style...could do with better Japanese spread. Overall still a decent place ao long as we can accept what most hotel would have done to modernise the rooms and facilities.

If you want to visit okinawa and stay, with out moving around much, this place is good. They even have convenience stores inside the hotel and multiple restaurants. It has a good view and a beach. You can also use fireworks here.

The room was very spacious especially compared with the hotel rooms I stayed at in the main land. The food choice and quality in the many different restaurants in the hotel was very good. The location is great for beach and golf but remote for other amenities. I went in November but the beach was closed as was the outdoor pool although the weather was warm. Staff were polite and helpful.

I would like to thank Miss Fukuha for her kind assistant when i encoutered issues with (BOOKING. COM). Miss Fukuha was very patient and professional throughout the ordeal. Thanks again. Apart from that, I would highly recommend this hotel to those with kids. Stone throw away to clean beaches (right infront of hotel actually). About 45mins drive to aquarium and pineapple park is along the way. Meal vouchers can either for breakfast or buffer lunch which is good.Game Arcade and 3 convenient stores at level 1. Seaports right in front with clear water. Would be back again for sure. Rooms are decent and clean.

Our family of 3 stayed there for 4 nights during the summer because someone highly recommended it to us. Check-in staff was very friendly with perfect English. The hotel itself is very dated, and our room was very far from the lift. The hotel doesn't offer parking lot itself, instead we have to park at the opposite and it's not too convenient. Since there's no fixed space, if we come back after dinner, say after 9pm, we would have difficulties in locating a free parking space. The hotel room is dated, air con is noisy, lighting is very dim. It was not even clean as there was a tiny cockroach found in our room. Their so-called private beach is very small, and crowded. You basically have to pay for everything except for pure swimming. Water is not clear, and we could see no fish. Snorkeling is not allowed near the beach or without renting a life jacket, even though everyone has no problem standing there. The staff at the indoor counter was not very friendly when we inquire about their water activities. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast, with reasonable variety and good food quality. But, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I have been touring Japan and have ended our holiday with a beach break at the Rizzan Sea Park Hotel. The hotel is to say the least interesting - Winter has apparently arrived in Japan so despite the 26 degrees Celsius we are not allowed on the beach. We have been advised that we must arrive on time at our meal or be charged for our lateness. Furthermore, I have a glass of wine that I had not finished and wished to take to my room but have been told I must sit in a certain area to finish it. As a recently retired teacher who is trying to relax I have found the rules unbelievable and not helpful to any form of relaxation. We have had an amazing time in Japan but my current experience herd at the Rizzan Sea Park Hotel has been disappointing. Fortunately, we are having a few says in China which will hopefully provide the end to our holiday that I am hoping for.

Hotel is huge with a private beach! It's more like a resort than anything. Service was excellent and rooms have very nice sea view. Breakfasts (available at two restaurants) were delicious! There are also many shops that sell souvenirs at the same if not, better prices (after discount) than most other places. There is a nice Izakaya restaurant by the beach that offers yummy Okinawan dishes and has life music performance. There are many other dinner restaurants that offer buffets. Only negative for me was a smelly spare pillow in the wardrobe. Some tips: 1. Parking is across the road from the hotel but you can drop off your luggage at the lobby first. You will get a parking coupon that can be exchanged at check-in for a daily pass. 2. You can request not to make-up the room and hotel will give a 1,000 yen voucher in return that can be used for shopping or dining.
