Recently stayed at Snowlines lodge for 6nights in February 2016. This place really is the home away from home!!! The hospitality shown by Steve and sarasa is by far the best around. Facilities are clean, warm and inviting...not to mention an awesome bar for a chat at the end of a days skiing/snowboarding!!!

I recently stayed at snowlines for the first time. The service and attention to detail that Steven, Sarasa and their staff offer is first rate. I have made many trips to Japan ski towns before and have never experienced a better staff than those at Snowlines. The owners were great, and it seems like the staff were very well schooled...

Stephen, sarasa and all the team provided excellent service and could not do enough for you. They had great knowledge of the ski areas and the conditions to best plan where to ski. The lodge provided transport in the morning to local lifts and extensive details of buses to other resorts in the valley. The evening meals (optional extra) were...

Stayed for one night on a last minute ski trip. The highlight by far is the host Stephen and his staff, who completely compensated for my total lack of planning and helped organize snowboard gear for me. The downstairs lounge area is very welcoming, with a small bar and very friendly bartenders. Felt right at home hanging out with the...

Amazing Staff who are always helpful, mostly relaxing atmosphere, plenty of space to unwind after a day on the snow in front of the fire with great glass of wine, comfy and warm rooms. What else could you ask for ... oh wait how about a private bus to the ski lifts in the morning.. yep got that too! Will...

My wife and I stayed at Snowlines in March 2015 for several days. It was our first time in Japan and our first time skiing. Stephen was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. From train station transfers and advice on getting around town through to recommendations for local restaurants as well as where to get the best...

This was our first trip skiing in Japan and my 2 teenage sons and I couldn't have been more impressed with everything especially this lodge. We stayed at the lodge in January and Steve and Sarasa are amazing! From the first moment I knew we were going to be looked after. They were very welcoming and friendly, as were their...

This lodge blew us away! It literally felt like a home away from home. Welcomed by friendly staff warm fire and relaxed atmosphere, which was lovely after a blizzarding day on the slopes. We stayed in the family room which was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. The room had its own newly built bathroom with heated amenities. The Staff...
