Nice hotel right in the heart of Happo. Could walk to the base of Nakiyama slopes and was near to the bus stop which takes you to the other three areas of Happo One plus the other ski fields nearby so very conveniently located. A small supermarket nearby was very handy for buying food and snacks. The restaurant is expensive...

We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff who showed us to our spacious room. They offered lots of information about the area and which slopes to go on for skiing. There was a shower in the room, although we never used it as they have a male/female onsen on the first floor, which was pleasantly large and quite...

Location - close to Happo bus terminal and restaurants. Most people will take the Hakuba shuttle buses to the slopes and this is a short walk away from the no. 1 and 2 shuttle buses. There is also a shuttle bus at the hotel for Goryu and 47. Also conveniently located next to Spicy's ski rentals which has shops at...

Hakuba is very small village so you will probably get some inconvenience situations. This hotel is located in the heart of village and very closed to bus station that has all of lines to all of place in Hakuba. This hotel is managed by Austlalian and Japanese stuffs. You can ask any questions about local informations in English. They will...

It's hard to rate this place as on the one hand the people are amazingly friendly and helpful, it's comfortable, and it's clean. However the breakfast is woeful when you need heartiness for a day on the snow and it's a bit dated. We ended up getting breakfast on the slopes. The restaurant is good, but it's expensive (brace yourselves...

This was a great hotel for a week away skiing, location was fantastic to get to all the different skiing areas. Room was small but cosy and really when you are away to ski what else do you need but a comfy bed, a warm shower and a lovely onsen. The staff were fantastic and really helpful with great recommendations...

If you want to ski in Hakuba, this is a great place. The rooms are simple and the bathrooms are super simple (and cosy), but it's walking distance from some ski slopes, and a few mins walk to the bus terminal where you can catch buses to other ski slopes. The staff are AMAZING... super friendly and always happy to...

My stay at Hakuba Springs exceeded my expectation. The staff were very friendly and resourceful. always greet guests with a big smile. the room is spacious and clean, although it is a bit old. there are free shuttle buses connecting to major slopes (happo one, goryu and hakuba 47), which is very convenient. Also, the hotel is located at the...

Awesome staff at the front desk, good location (10 minute walk to the gondola carrying ski gear and lots of restaurants nearby). Room cleaning a bit lacklustre and breakfast hit and miss. Bring your own pillow!

We came to Hakuba towards the end of their ski season and there wasn't as much snow around as in previous years. Still plenty of snow higher up in the mountains. We did 3days of skiing. The friendliness and helpfulness of the front office staff were exceptional and made our stay at the hotel most enjoyable. Although the hotel itself...
