Really nice experience. All staff was very serviceminded. Nice hotel. The bus to all slopes stopped outside the door. The only downside was that the breakfast was traditional japansese with some odd dishes. Otherwise highly recommended

Stayed over the weekend for skiing in Hakuba where it has a variety of challenging ski slopes and courses with powder snow. I was looking for a place to stay for my weekend getaway from busy Tokyo life. I just found a place now! Hospitality is great and atmosphere is so nice. Restauarant & pubs are located nearby.

I am just back from a ski trip to Hakuba Japan. I booked it very last minute to catch a incoming set of storms. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and took care of anything asked. And I put them to the test. They arranged a taxi service to pick me up in Nagano from the bullet train. The...

We have just returned from a skiing holiday in Hakuba. What a great place to ski! So much variety. We were happy at Happo One - wide runs, range of levels, lots of chair lifts and no queues. We stayed at the Shakespeare Hotel, which is in a great location in Echo Land, the free shuttle bus arrives outside the hotel...

Great atmosphere! Located in one of the hotspots of Hakuba very easy to access. Also located near the shuttle bus station so moving around Hakuba was quite easy. Had a great massage. Overall very much satisfied with the service and fulfilling experience during my stay.

Very nicely located hotel, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The hotel has a very good ambience and warm hospitality. The yoga program is highly recommended. We had a lovely time and shall definitely visit again with family.

Thanks for mentioning our Yoga studio! Iori and our staff members have worked hard to launch the first Yoga studio in the area. They very much appreciate your feedback. See you again soon!

It was my first trip to Hakuba with a group of friends. The hotel was in a great location, close to the ski resorts. There is a shuttle that could take the guests there and back, otherwise just a 15-30min car ride. The staff were bilingual and extreme helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy, beds were comfortable. I enjoyed...

Stayed there for 7 nights mid January with friends. The room was very spacious and the staff were fantastic. Great English speakers. They drove us to the chair lifts in the morning and drove us to the train station. If they were to busy to drive, they booked a taxi for you. They called restaurants and booked dinner for us....

Shakespeare staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was big. Plenty of food at the buffet breakfast but not a traditional western breakfast. Was in a good location too! We had a great stay!
