This hotel is secure from thieves and cutthroats. The staff are nice' but go somewhere else if you want somethingcheaper than$50 (Nicaragua is the second poorest country in the western hemisphere) hotels should place amaximum on quietness unlike this one.

We were 3 couples arriving in Esteli together. After staying at another hotel in Esteli for 3 days, we tried to book one more day. We were told they were booked full, so we headed over to Don Vito's. What a wonderful little hotel! The staff were friendly and even though we spoke basically no Spanish and they not much...

Stayed here with visiting family. Good price and recently renovated. Very clean. Wireless internet and cable TV. No breakfast included and VERY expensive to buy. Location is a little far from the city center. Good service. Free parking garage nearby. Rooms are noisy - I think the hotel is a renovated office building - no insulation and you can hear...

Having spent some time in Esteli, we can say that Hotel Don Vito is about the best all-around deal in town. It's new, it's clean, it's quiet. You can't say that about any other place in town that you can stay for $20 a night for 2 people. The rooms are a good size (although the bathrooms are cramped), the...

“Rooms only have windows to the corridor, so a room close to the end of the corridor / balcony is recommendable, if you care for fresh air. Noise is an issue, too.”

“Do not chppse room 7. Very small with your head laying inches away from an uninsulated wall and your neighbor. My neighbors used a double barrel lock and a remote with a strange beep. They also wore high heels so you can tell from my comments that sound privacy here is somewhat lacking.”
