I traveled around Vietnam for almost 6 months and stayed at Jungle Beach 4 times totalling about 7 weeks. Every time I got fed up of my back pack I headed back to JB and regained the strength to continue on. If ever I need to escape from the world, this would be the first place I'd think of. Jungle...

This place is great if you love a quiet beach. I loved my bamboo hut which over looked the sea. The food was ok but I did get bored of it within a couple of days. Wish the beer had been cheaper. Said on web site it was cheap but 25'000dong is not cheap. I felt that they kept the...

It is a nice little con thy have going here. Having been advised that the most expensive accommodation on the beach was $35 we decided to spend a few days relaxing at Jungle beach before spending a couple more in a hotel in Nha Trang. What they failed to mention was that the accommodation is $35 per person. They wait...

We were quite excited with the idea of spending few nights on the beach... What a disappointment when we got there. First of all because of the price, around 30 USD per person per night! The most expensive place in all our 3 month trip! So, with this price, I guess we had the right to expect something nice, no?...

Jungle beach offers a unique experience in Vietnam on one of the most beautiful beaches along the coast. The set up is refreshing after staying in a variety of guesthouses with the communal eating being a great way to both enjoy plentiful good food (unsure why anyone would be unsatisfied, we were offered repeated portions until we were fit to...

Isolated and relaxing, the food was great and I agree plentiful it would however been nice to have the option to dine when you wanted not on a communal schedule or better yet the option to pay for meals separately should you want to seek out local street food. Only real down side was the price. Compared to a lot...

Amazing location. They sell the beach as 'pristine' - it isn't there is rubbish washed up on it and natural debris as well. What it is is virtually deserted. Nice snorkelling beach 1km down the road and a waterfall with rocks to scramble on and pools to swim in. There are also hiking trails in the forested area around the...

I feel that perhaps 5 years ago this place would have been the relaxing paradise I was looking for. It just seems quite sad and run down when we stayed. Good points: I enjoyed the food, and the communal aspect of sit down meals. I see people have described being hungry, and I'm not sure how as food was plentiful...

Travel can be tiring so I checked into Jungle Beach for three nights on my way south. It's a very relaxed place to stay. Just check in to a hammock and enjoy! The beach is beautiful and there's plenty of space. $25 per person per night is the most I spent on accommodations but it was worth it. My own...
