It was such a fantabulous experience, and the hospitality I have experienced on stay. All the staffs and stewards was so affable ecspecially Mr Vineesh the house keeping executive he was very obliging and Mr sinoop he was so beneficent and Ms Sneha she was also outstanding in providing a safe atmosphere with Covid precautions. In fact, it was a magnificent stay. Thank you once again for the awesome facilities provided.
Stay at Crowne Plaza Cochin was very comfortable and we enjoyed a lot. Outstanding hospitality with humble staff and delicious food. They strictly following the covid protocols in all aspects,Thanks to the entire team to made our stay memorable.
A couple of days prior to checking in, i had enquired whether they were offering Buffet option on Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner services, just to make sure that it was available as Holiday Inn which is run by IHG was offering Buffet services. To this they promptly responded saying that the Buffet service was open and available. But, during check-in the front desk staff, when enquired, told me that they were only providing In-Room dining. So, the staffs are misinformed about which services were available and which were not. Secondly, I'd also enquired whether the pool was open for guests and they said it was not. But during my stroll around the pool the next day, even though a signboard was put up saying that the pool was closed, I saw 4-5 foreign guests having a jolly good time in the pool. And later on another group of Indian guests were also having a dip in it. So, why not us? Is this some kind of discrimination that your management has towards certain customers? Are we not worthy of having swim in the pool. Just disgusting.. I can't believe that certain managements still haven't moved on from the 19th century. So, the management's decisions clearly is biased as to who gets privilege of accessing the pool but this kind of management is pathetic. Another issue was during checkout. They swiped my card for a certain amount during checkout but the card machine display was showing as "Payment Failed". At the same time I received message of the amount being debited from my account. So, I paid the amount using GPay for which the transaction was successful and the amount got debited from my account. Basically they've debited twice the amount charged and I still haven't received my refund. Atleast they need to follow up on my emails concerning this issue, but they don't. The room had no amenities such as soaps,shower gels etc and had to call the desk to deliver them. Even then, we had to call a second time to get the sanitizers delivered even though it is an essential item nowadays. The good thing was that the food, whatever we ordered, were delicious and is the only reason I give the stay 2 stars.…
Best stay we ever had..The facilities were too good. The staff was of also very nice and sweet. And special thanks for the Birthday Cake and Surprises.. We all had great time. Hope we'll be back here soon.
I have been there a couple of times for meeting my clients and lately, I got the privilege to experience your well-acclaimed hospitality and service. Even in the midst of a pandemic, all your staff are well trained, vaccinated and are maintaining all covid protocol's. Excellent service from the staff mainly from Mr. Vineesh (Sr Executive), Dipesh and Sneha, for ensuring our needs at the earliest. The food was amazing, looking for to experience your buffet after the pandemic situation. Great work everyone, looking forward for more visits.
