Awesome great fun. Food is great. Owners are amazing. The staff are fantastic.. I want to stay here forever. When I come back, I may not leave. The only real negative, if you even can call it that, is no Sandy beach!

Came upon this place at the end of a long day of sight seeing and driving. We were shown all the accommodations and made to feel very much at home. The setting is beautiful and the hosts very friendly and gracious.

Its ok if you have a lot of people in your party and you just want a place to sleep and then be gone for the day... from outside the place looks very old but the inside is clean enough! the house is 100meter from the road and less than 10 min drive from the main lodge...if you want to...

If you have an opportunity to have dinner on-site please do. The food was wonderful. We stayed for a few nights and we ate there twice. The family loved it. Two thumbs up for the chef. By the way the house wine was fantastic. We had a great time with the boat and pulling ourselves across to the beach. Friendly...

We stayed at Cabot Shores for four nights, a merry band of 9 travelers ranging from 9-81 years in age and it was awesome. There was plenty of room for everyone between a chalet and two rooms at the lodge. And the chalet was a great meeting place, with a dining area, full kitchen and sofa. This is a great...

This was the perfect glamourous camping experience. The Yurt was perfect, spacious and waterproof! And the views were amazing. Food was also excellent (crab and mussels were great and believe it or not, I had the best gnocchi I have ever had)

Me and my fiancé visited from Alberta although originally from Cape Breton and wanted to try something different on our journey along the Cabot Trail and stayed at Cabot Shores in the Eagle Dome, the dome was very clean and it was definitely a relaxing evening. We booked the cedar tub for the night as well which was great, extra...

My kids (ages 12 and 13) and I, felt our time spent at Cabot Shores was the highlight of our Nova Scotia trip! We slept in a yurt, had an adventurous hike, played ping pong, explored the rocky beach and ate crab legs. Paul (owner), was helpful and knowledgable. He outlined an excellent hiking adventure - which started out on...

My husband booked this hotel for one night that we were staying before going on the Cabot Trail. It was so secluded and I'm not used to that. But I was so pleasantly surprised. We had a room in the lodge. It was so cute and clean with great organic shampoos and soups and nice lush towels. Our view was...

This is a funky place appealing to campers, although we stayed in the main building. The staff is composed of young adults on short stays in the country, and we enjoyed talking to some from Germany and Switzerland. The reception and dining staff were extremely efficient and personable, and the food was excellent. The downside is that they haven't mastered...
