The room was clean and tidy, with an ensuite shower room, there is free wifi available throughout the hotel, the bed was comfortable, although we found the room to be very hot, and due to a main road leading to an industrial estate we found it rather noisy. The local amenties are right on the door step, with three public...

Comfy and clean well kept room. Good shower, no shower gel or shampoo supplied, but as we were informed of this in advance of arrival, it didn't matter at all. Charming owner who welcomed us with a friendly smile. Freshly cooked full English breakfast. Would definitely recommend for £50 per night, good value.

We stayed 2 nights here when visiting people we know in the area. The place has good off street parking and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was on time and tasty and the host friendly and helpful. The B&B is located in the centre of town close to a number of take away places and a couple...

Going off the previous reviews my wife and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting children, and we weren't disappointed; it was very clean and comfortable with plenty of eating and drinking establishments nearby it was so much paying the prices at Premier Inn.

Comfy and well appointed rooms, with a basic but nice cooked breakfast included - all for £50 a room/night. The bath and shower worked well and the beds were very comfortable. Everything extremely clean and well maintained. Always friendly and so much nice (and indeed cheaper) than the nearby Premier Inns etc.

Wasn't expecting much, well I was pleasantly suprised. Very clean and friendly place. Welcoming greeting, very clean room with plenty of towels. Nice comfy bed and tea and coffee making facilities. You book breakfast the night before so you don't have a long wait. Lovely breakfast. Will stop here again.

Thank you for leaving a review. Thank you for your comments regarding the car park and that check in was seamless by myself. Regarding your comment about the room being 'basic'. Yes, we are a basic budget B&B, and we don't claim not to be, however, we feel that guests have everything they need in their rooms to provide a...

Everything looked good from the outset, good communications to confirm arrival time. Room perfectly OK ( if you've ever wandered around IKEA you'll recognise the fixtures and fittings ) with nice en-suite bathroom. Spotless and well kept. However, 'twas the Friday night before Xmas. Guests in the next room were partying until 04:30. I've never had to go and knock...
