We had a light lunch at the Horse and Groom today. The food was excellent, particularly the salad (beautifully dressed) which accompanied my tempura prawns.The waffle as dessert was equally good particularly the cherries, a treat at this time of year
Greeted by a warm friendly welcome. Food in the restaurant was superb. You have to try the gravy..........they take 3 days to make it! Great selection on the menu. Definitely something for everyone. Rooms are very clean, warm and comfortable. Thoroughly recommend a stay.
