Misses Popi and her husband are one of the sweetest and simplest couple you will meet in Greece. They recently set up this small hotel in a nice corner of Milos. Most of Pollonia village, including the hotels, B&Bs and restaurants are now ran by a younger generation who are trying hard to provide a great service. They have the... More

We stayed 4 nights at Aigialia and we just loved it. The rooms are simple, nice, very clean, quiet and with a wonderful view on the sea. Lovely to be able to get up in the morning and to go for an early swim. The owners only speak a little bit of english but are very welcoming. The rooms are... More

We escaped to Milos after an unfortunate overnight stay at a horrible room of Bounamas Rooms, Sikinos. We were really lucky that Aigialia had one available double room during that (peak) period. We immediately appreciated the tidiness and cleanliness of our room, which looked directly to the sea through a small private balcony, like all other rooms did. The room... More

This is the place you should stay when visiting Milos. Aigialia rooms are one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed (comparing with 4* and 5* hotels) and this was the first thing that impressed me!Mr Nickos & Mrs Popi, the owners, were really helpful during our whole stay and from the very first moment they made us feel... The hotel is nicely located (sea front) with direct access to the water, the owners are very polite and helpful. They pick us up at the airport and drop off at the ferry at no cost at all. It was nice surprise that Mr Nicos did not want to accept any tips from us. The cleanliness of the hotel is... More

My wife and I thought that our second time back to Milos could never be as magical as our first trip. Well, we were wrong, and Aigialia played a big role in making our second time back to Milos better than the first. The owners, Nick & Popi, made us feel as though we were part of the family from... Excellent value. The view from the balcony was amazing. The rooms are small and basic but very clean and simply furnished. 5 mins walk to main area of town. The hotel looks like one of the newer apartments in the area. The owners don't speak much English. Milos is less busy than some of the other islands and pollonia was... More

Me and my wife visited Milos on July 2011 and had a grate week in Aigialia apartments. The apartments are brand new cleaned in daily base. The view to the sea from the apartments' balcony was amazing !! We liked most to enjoy our breakfast in the garden of the apartments sitting under the 2 trees located just 1 meters... More

Spent a week here and was very impressed - stunning views from balcony; friendly/helpful owners; very clean room (and was cleaned every day) and , and this is no offence to any photos / info on websites about this apartment or Pollonia or Milos in general (and found this with the island of Naxos as well) but nothing really captures... Official Description (provided by the hotel)
...Aigialia, 9 sea-sprayed rooms found in the embrace of Milos's Pollonia, in the cape of Pelekouda, where the sea divides Milos from Kimolos, where the east paints the sea silvery blue and the west tints it red and mauve...this magical spot is where the welcoming, brand new Aigialia, untouched and facing the immense blue sea - just as its name implies - anxiously awaits your arrival. The rooms seem to expand out into the sea; its aura awakens the senses and soothes the eyes. The «Aigialia» opened to its guests in 2009 and anticipates your arrival. Nick and Popi, who built it with impeccable taste, are there, at your side, to remind you that the seaside roads of the Archipelago have always been hospitable to its travellers. ... more   less
