The location is very nice in a green park and the building is modern with spacious areas. We used a Japanese style room, very large a clean. But we were very disappointed about the following points : - Buffet dinner has an excessive rate for the quality (it was good anyway but you can find the same around at half...

In case you have min 3 days to stay mnt Fuji area this is a very good choice. Not lake(s) view but into the forest. Cool and comfortable. Personnel very polite and friendly, ready to assist. In general visiting mnt Fuji area it is not expected to spend your day inside a hotel. Area around Fuji is huge with many...

This hotel benefits from being just a couple of hours drive from Tokyo. The best feature of this hotel in my opinion are the extensive tennis courts which guests can use free of charge. They are all weather outside courts and you can rent racquets and balls from reception. Other than that, the rooms are large but tired. The beds...

Was here for 2 nights on a business trip. It was midweek so a little quiet. The rooms are large with 4 beds. Unfortunately it rained the entire time so we didn't really get to have a good look around. The dinner was traditional Japanese fare, which was impeccable. The service is very good by the staff.

We traveled with our baby and it was very nice stay. I loved this hotel. Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and nicely designed. Near the nice spots where you can see Mt. Fuji. Kids friendly.Recommended.

We enjoyed a few hours of tennis on their numerous courts, a few long soaks in the hot springs (onsen), lots of walks to enjoy the clean, pine-scented air, and trips around the nearby lake and...
