Can't fault this excellent b and b. Rooms great, and friendly welcome. All topped off with a wonderful full Scottish breakfast. Close to nice coastal walk and golf courses. Stayed one night and would return

Just back from overnight stay. Everything perfect, we arrived early but this was no problem to Gina the owner. She spent time telling as what was available in the area. The room was warm and very clean. Top marks for full breakfast which was served on hot plates. Will be looking to return next year during summer when weather should...

If it were not for the trees in the neighbors yard across the street the Anchorage B&B could declare unobstructive ocean views. Very modern up to date plumbing (which says a lot in Scotland). Extremely well kept, clean, spotless, and great Scottish Breakfast. Gina was quite pleasant and helpful. Local restaurants in walking distances are far and few. The Local...

This was a pleasant room in a pleasant property with almost good sea view which one could glimpse to the right of the trees. The owner was delightful and good humoured and the breakfast was good B&B standard. At £85 it was perhaps over priced compared with others on our tip but I suspect the competition in Prestonpans is not...

Our room seemed new, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and beds so very very comfortable. Breakfast was the full Scottish and beautifully served. Port Seton had not got much else going for it and we were disappointed at the availability of surrounding restaurants for an evening meal.

We loved our stay in this bed and breakfast. The hostess is very nice and serves a great breakfast. The rooms are spotless and offer every comfort you could want. Port Seton is a lovely little village east of Edinburgh and it is a great place to stay if you want to spend time in Edinburgh but sleep in a...

Great place to enjoy B&B at its best - very comfortable room with view of the sea, in an historic building. The host cooks up a traditional Scottish breakfast in the morning (which had us going for most of the day, as we were hiking on the John Muir trail).

Easy to find & parking on the road. The room was comfy with a decent bathroom & the lady owner very friendly. Just a short walk to the little harbour with a great view over the Firth - took a lovely picture of the sunset. We ate in Musselbrough at a Gurkha restaurant that we can highly recommend.
