A one night stay, nothing in the room, closet very small (cloaks a building pillar), could not find a power outlet for recharging phone and computer. The check-in staff did not explain anything at all. Dinner was quite good, WiFi was a good connection. Traffic noise on the front is disturbing, seems to be all hours too

Despite having cramped rooms, our stay was good. I can't say much for those who wanted to stay for extended days because we only spent a night here. As soon as we arrived, we were assisted on our parking. Parking was small too, by the way, and it was an outdoor one along the road. I'm not sure if they have other parking areas. I didn't ask. The room was good. It was enough to give as a good night sleep. Breakfast was good too. We had longsilog without the "sinangag" though. But it was good. The ambience of the place looks peaceful too. But... If you're planning to stay for extended days, there might be still other places to stay. This is located at the heart of the city. You'll be greeted with traffic as soon as you walk out of the hotel's doors. If you're looking for a "green" ambience, I believe there are other hotels that have this. Despite Tuguegarao city having a humid weather, the hot and cold shower was a plus too. :)

We stayed one night due to business trip. Despite the Covid19 restrictions and regulations, which they implemented correctly, the staff were very good. Due to a malfunctioning air con and then a room without a fridge we actually changed room 3 times on arrival, all without a fuss. For the price we paid it was fine - lots of TV channels, strong shower with plenty of hot water and fast internet. Comfortable bed with quality bedding. We were on the front over the road but due to double glazing you did not hear the traffic - it is on a very busy junction. We didn't try the restaurant. Parking is limited and a bit of a challenge but the guard helps out.

Their room is small but Ok. They have no lift. The resto is very small. When we enter our room it is very smelly especially the toilet. I am still recommending this because it is very cheap. Hope that the management will do something to make their toilet smells good.

This hotel is one of the best hotel that I've been. Located at the center of the city, I consider it classy but affordable. The food are tasty, and the staff are very accommodating. The hotel doesn't have a lift, though, so it is quite a discomfort for older guests. Hoping that the hotel can have one in the future.

First off, I have strong family roots in Tuguegarao and although most of my older folks are mostly gone, I still make sure that I return to the place where I have countless memories of summer vacations when I was young. This place is no longer the place to reminisce hot summer nights when we go “joy riding” on a “kalesa” or cool off under a canopy of a huge tree that bears those small green sour fruits (sorry, can’t remember the Ybanag term for that fruit). Progress which I’m NOT against, is very palpable in this area and I could hardly remember a street corner to the next but I still LOVE the place! I also see to it that I visit Our Lady of Piat which is the patron saint of the Cagayan Valley, whenever I have a chance. In short, my connection to this place remains very strong! Well, to review this place, I have no qualms staying in this place! The place where we stayed (I reserved 4 rooms actually for my family) is clean with all the amenities expected albeit minimal. Courteous staff from the front desk, to the doorman, to the restaurant server, to the bell service- I can’t say enough good things about them! For those people who disparage this place and expecting more, sometimes you have to lower your expectations when you’re staying in a place that doesn’t meet your standards because I always do to avoid disappointment! I have stayed in 5 star hotels for the most part of my travels here and in the U.S.A., where I’ve lived and raised a family for a good part of 40 years and I have ALWAYS adapted myself (very well actually) to places and situations that I stayed at! To me, what matters most is a clean place and a good bathroom as well as the people that make one’s stay up to par, and this place has it with no complaints, thus I give this a 5 star! In parting, I’d like to thank everyone in this place for a memorable stay however short. I will definitely come back and stay in your hotel till my next visit! THANK YOU!

Though breakfast is not included in room rates, it tastes good and service is fast. The room is clean and water in the bathroom is great. Location is good, not so near with most restaurant or malls but you can find some walking distance resto.

I was disappointed because I booked for 3 rooms for 3 people each, but when we arrived the front desk insisted that we only booked for 3 rooms for 2, and need to pay extra for an extra bed. I asked if we could upgrade but were told the hotel was full. I am sure , I made it clear to them that the person I talked to when I called the number listed ( representing tripadvisor, expedia) that the rate he gave me included 3 persons per room. Anyway, we were finally given the rooms and the extra bed. However, the "extra bed" was a mattress on the floor. It was so cramped. We had to literally step on it to move inside the room. We were also disappointed with the shower room. The drain was slow. Water would fill the flooring and we had to stop the shower to enable the water from going over the bathroom. Another thing - we noticed that there were other rates that were posted on the hotel front desk that were not the same as the ones posted on the web. They told us that next time it would be better to reserve with them directly next time. (? )

Plus points: 1. They offer shuttle service/ airport transfer via a big van so it's convenient for travelers like us who have big luggage or who are in a business trip. 2. Staff is generally polite and they are very helpful. 3. Food is also recommended, especially the Tablea drink. 4. WIFI is strong, I was able to upload videos in Facebook and IG. 5. Room is clean including the bathroom and the tiled floors. 6. Check out the nearby Mang Domeng's for cheap (USD 1 / PHP 50) meals. 7. I do like the layout of the eating area and the lobby. It's very professional and comfy at the same time. 8. Accessible via tricycle are the malls and schools. Areas for improvement: 1. Had some sort of miscommunication probably when we arrived earlier than check in but they brought us to the room right away. Yet the room was still not clean and we thought that the previous guests were still checked in. But the staff was quick on their feet to apologize and transfer us to another clean room. 2. Not sure how small standard rooms are but deluxe is smaller than the usual deluxe rooms. But hey, price is cheaper but worth it. So if you're not much into big spaces (like me) that's fine. 3. Frequent issues with electricity so most likely they do not have generators. But over all the price is worth it, very cheap yet the service is still good.
