We stayed for two nights in the treehouse, which was a complete surprise for our children - they absolutely loved it, as did we! Whilst it is indeed a treehouse, it's remarkably well appointed, with facilities that would put many normal hotel bedrooms to shame. The setting is splendid. The treehouse is just part of the overall experience however. Breakfast...

Stayed in this Chateau for 4 nights. Warmly welcomed by Anne-Marie, the place has been in her family for over 2 centuries. She was able to tell us the history of the Chateau. Our room was large with very large and extremely comfortable bed with good quality linen. Breakfast was a delicious continental spread beautifully laid out on antique furniture in...

I had the pleasure of taking my boyfriend to stay in the treehouse as a surprise birthday present, and needless to say he was very impressed. We had such a wonderful time, even in January and it rained every day! The wood burner came in a treat, we were super cosy & the interior is very high-end. Breakfast is served...

We stayed here at the start of a 3 day biking tour around Bordeaux. It was perfect, and we were lucky enough to stay in the tree house, which really is a beautifully crafted log cabin on stilts. It was incredibly comfortably and very romantic. Breakfast was delicious too. The owners son, is also able to provide dinner, which we...

Stayed in the wonderful treehouse for our Silver Wedding celebration. We were made most welcome and were looked after perfectly. The treehouse was everything we hoped for, great views across the vines, lovely walks, a fab wood burner (tho we were melting a few hours later!) there's even the odd horse going past under the veranda, this was Nicolas who,...

What can I say. My Family and I spent a couple of nights in the most wonderful of Treehouse you could ever imagine. I travel around the world on business, from east to west and stay in some the best 5 star hotels money can buy. However, I can categorically state that this stay was better than any 5 star...

Stayed overnight at Chateau Lestange and wished it had been for longer! The owners were very welcoming and social able, telling us all about the history of the Chateau and the region, and gave us a little wine tasting of their various wines which was great and very personal. The grounds of the chateau were well kept, peaceful and great...

We stayed at this stunning chateau for a weekend. The owners were wonderful : they were extremely helpful (we arrived late in the evening) and we even had dinner with them and some friends!! As an added bonus horse riding is available from the chateau with a superb local instructor called Nicolas. Highly recommended.
