The most important thing to say in these challenging times is that we felt entirely Covid safe during our one week stay. The hotel clearly takes the need for special measures very seriously and with the occasional exception of one member of staff who wore her mask only over her mouth everyone else wore masks at all times. Our room (side sea view) was in the top 6 of rooms we have ever had, and we travel a lot. Spotlessly clean, very spacious and well appointed. Of course Covid meant that food arrangements were constrained. Nonetheless there was a very good selection available at breakfast on a “point and ask” basis. It was a little odd to be asked to make our evening meal choices at breakfast time but this may not be normal and driven by the fact that the hotel was less than 25% occupied and was maybe to avoid waste. The evening meals themselves were nicely cooked and presented and portions were good. There is a good wine list too. The hotel shares a plot with the Acacia Marina so there is plenty of outside space although you need to go to the Marina if you want comfortable seating rather than poolside recliners. Overall the hotel felt a bit like a superior business hotel rather than a seaside resort hotel - but that’s an observation not a criticism. We found the facilities to be excellent, the staff very friendly and so have no hesitation in awarding 5/5…

Resort was very nice, got an upgraded room 👍. Manager (female) was very attentive and helpful. Staff had a so/so attitude. Restaurant was ok, service wash very rushed and cold attitude. DO THE MASSAGE!! Got the couples massage with Gianni e Luisa. They were great!!!!

The hotel is doing a great job of still providing a great holiday despite all this trouble with covid. They are on top of sanitising, keeping rooms and around the hotel spotless. Well done to you all we are really enjoying it. The hotel is located in a really good spot. The sea view room we have is great, good decor and great shower. The room has good views of the gardens, pool and the sea. The buffet is not on due to covid so you have to pick from an a-la-cart menu with a choice of 4 starters, 4 mains etc. But you have to expect changes in this covid times. Overall we are very glad we came and would love to come back. Well done 👏👏

We have just returned from a relaxing week at the Acacia Palace Hotel. With its two pools, quite a few jacuzzi's, gym, spa and bars to help you relax. Once we had rested a while, a pleasant walk into Marina de Ragusa is approx 10mins, From there we got buses to Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla and Punta Secca. The restaurant is buffet style with vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy free options. Also cook to order griddle both at breakfast and dinner. Brilliant!

Just come back from a great holiday at the Acacia Palace. Hotel very clean, great location - 10 minute stroll into Marina de Ragusa, good food (once you get used to buffet style) and super pools. Best thing about the hotel though is the staff. Absolutely fantastic and truly nothing is too much trouble.
