Very pretty old Tudor type hall, appears to have been enlarged at the back for extra rooms We stayed here on their 3 night B&B plus 2 dinner package, as a friend was getting married at the hall. Room allocated, was Twin Rm 14 up in the attic in the old part of the hall and a little tatty, comfortable...

We have nothing but praise for the way in which our celebrations were carried out from steart to finish. After selecting Maesmawr as our venue 18months ago, we were so thrilled that we did make the choice. Lee & Amber (wedding co-ordinators) discussed everything with us,from putting us in touch with an excellent designer for invitations and placecards( Cameo), to...

I booked this hotel based on the reviews on Tripadvisor and I have to say this is the first time I have disagreed with the overall opinion. Firstly, I am aware that is a very old building but I don't think that can excuse some of detail in the room. I think have got the room that wasn't on any...

Stopped over at this charismatic bijoux Tudor house hotel during family road trip through Cotswolds, Shropshire hills en route to beautiful mid Wales. Not altogether finished yet in its renovations but would recommend for its quiet, relaxed and pretty spot, attentive hospitality and good food. My children made a din and friends in the formal dining room but as it...

A beautiful building and the staff were all extremely busy and helpful. We were so looking forward to our stay... The room however did put a cloud on our enjoyment. We were in the roof. Lots of sloping rafters. Quaint and quirky. We didn't mind all the stairs and very low doorways... On the bed was a letter explaining that...

We stayed here for 4 nights to attend a major shooting tournament and had a really lovely stay. We stayed in Room 11 which was a nice room with a lovely soft bed, the only disappointment was that it was not worth the £125 a night price tag, this was the only down side to a great stay. The bathroom...
