Stayed here for the second time. Now with another couple. Very friendly owners! Very lovely welcome with tea/coffee and biscuits in the lounge. The arranged for us a table at the restaurant and afterwards we were able to sit the whole night in the lounge. Breakfast has everything you wish for, including a nice fruit salad.

Immaculate, large rooms decorated with perfect taste. Wonderful beds and bed linen. Use of a beautiful sitting room. Fabulous tea and cakes on arrival. Perfect gourmet breakfast with the best fruit salad ever. Perfect hosts Vaughn and Freddie who made us very welcome but also gave us total privacy and freedom. The best B and B ever :)

We stayed with Vaughn and Fred for two nights when attending a wedding in the village. It felt like staying with family because we were so well looked after. The double bedroom is beautiful. Breakfast was amazing and we even got a lift to the church from Fred due to the weather. Its otherwise about a 7-10 minute walk so...

So impressed with this beautiful home from home b and b. Vaughn and Freddie are very welcoming. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and tidy. Nothing too much trouble. And last but not least top marks for breakfast served piping hot, so important but sadly lacking in many other places we've stayed.

We stayed here on Sunday/ Monday whilst visiting relatives. Our hosts could not have made anything better - so much thought and attention to detail - even fresh flowers in our room from the beautiful garden .Would definitely recommend.

My daughter had walked from Helensburg that day and arrived in Killearn on a Sunday evening. The village was dead, we were exhausted, and we really needed a good place to recuperate. The warm welcome we received from Vaughn was a great start to our visit. Upon arriving and settling in we were invited to tea or coffee and cakes....

We spent a night in Woodedge B&B for go to a wedding in the village. We were given a very warm welcome and a much needed cup of tea on arrival. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and homely. After a delicious cooked breakfast, Vaughn was kind enough to give us a lift into the village. All in all...
