We stayed overnight in March. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and found our room to be very clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay again! Perfect location if you are heading to an event at the local Masonic lodge as this was walking distance away.

Room and bathroom very clean. Bathroom modern and great shower. Staff were very friendly and even filled up our flasks at breakfast. Good full English with plenty of breakfast options. Only negative, the room was very light due to a security light shining through and the blind not being very good.

Basic enough for one night. Appears to be owned by one lady who made us feel very welcome and lives on site. Appears to be in the process of being redecorated. Room was small but only stating one night. As with rest of place a mix of modern. N old fashioned. Mirror balanced on dressing table not safe, and the...

I really enjoyed my stay at the Barton Villa. I had a single room with a very comfortable bed, excellent furnishings and a great shower room. The breakfast was first class and eggs are cooked to order. There is a good selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese, bread and croissants. Also on offer is a slice of homemade cake...

The area is built up with industrial parts hence the title. It is a lovely place though and very clean and comfortable. Great for parking, which is always a plus for me. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. It loses a star because the corridors are so narrow with lots of fire doors so...

Breakfast was great but wouldn't accomodate a group of us for an earlier breakfast at 8 am as we were going to an exam nearby. Said the earliest they could make it was 8.15. Seeing as how there were at least 10 of us I would have thought they could have made it earlier. Also it was very noisy during...

My 3rd visit to Barton Villa and as usual the service was excellent and the room was spotless. Breakfast second to none. I will not stay anywhere else. The staff go out of their way to help. I am a Housekeeper on a Country Estate and I know what it entails to keep up good standards so I am extra...
