Came for our first visit Feb half term & paid around £180 for Mon-fri stay for us plus our 2 year old. I'm happy that's what we paid as the week after was more than twice what we paid. The accommodation is basic but we had enough room & a highlight was our son being able to personally feed the...

Well appointed chalet accomadation that just missed out because of cost cutting. No spare toilet rolls. Kitchen tile corner section unsecure. Double bedroom Chalet with parking for only one vehicle. Not the end of the world, but enough to annoy. The function suite bar prices are ridiculous, with House White Wine (Cintila) costing £17.25p/bottle and bearing a real taste of...

We attended a function here on the Saturday night and decided to make a weekend of it. The booking system was easy and the accommodation was top class. Everything we needed was in the chalet. Little touches such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs all helped output stay to be worry free. We didn't make use of the facilities as our...

Visited for my birthday weekend and honestly didn't have any expectations but we all loved it. It was busy enough to have an atmosphere but not crowded. Plenty to do for the children and activities are not over priced at all. They loved the bingo and the shows in the club at night. Lovely opening the curtains to ducks on...

Aspects are consistently excellent such as customer service, cleanliness, evening entertainment for children, location, quality of the cottage. We returned for the second time to celebrate Mum's 76th birthday after celebrating aunt's 77th in October. Mum brought a couple of pensioner friends with her and they all had a great time in a much loved Poppy cottage. They are all looking forward to the next trip. Lovely village, friendly staff and very clean cottages.

Just returned after spending five days here. We stopped in the Coach House as there was 2 families with a total of 5 kids. This accommodation excelled it's description. It was spacious, clean, grand, fantastically furnished, included hot tub, lovely surroundings, comfortable like home from home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived and there was a fault...
