I have stayed at this family run hotel for 12 months whilst working full time in Leeds. I have experienced first-hand the hospitality and high standards of the rooms, warm and friendly service of the staff and management. Big thanks to Mark and John in particular to have brought to me some humanity and support during my stay in West...

The room was pleasant and adequate with all amenities you could want. Wifi was available and free, easy to connect but a little slow. The bathroom was clean but a little worn. The only fault I could find that there were no hand towels, but that is a little picky because I had 2 bath towels. Would stay there again.

Thank you for your feedback on your stay i am glad you enjoyed your stay FYI we always have a hair dryer available, just ask and we will bring one to your room (they tend to go missing when just left in the room) we tend to just double up on bath towels rather than hand towels we look forward...

Bed was clean & comfortable. Bathroom old, but excellent hot water. No mould like in pictures shown. New taps on bath, but no taps matched. Different hot and cold taps on basin! Only bath towel, no hand towel provided. Room basic and old, but functional and clean. Breakfast very good & all staff met extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, paid for early check in, room was not ready, were given a cup of tea whilst we waited, upon check out noticed that we were charged £5.00 for the tea. Advised that the early check in charge would be removed as the room was not ready for us but noticed on return home that we had...

Service was excellent. Clean inviting rooms with comfortable bed. Nice grounds and gardens. Staff were friendly and very helpful. As a lone female at no time did I feel insecure. Food was good and plentiful, staff even did a packed lunch for the two days that it was requested, choice of sandwich fillings crisps , three pieces of fruit and...

Stayed here recently on a break with my girlfriend. Great value and enjoyed our stay. Room was nice and we was upgraded free of charge.Drinks pricey in bar. Breakfast wasn't included in price but was aware when booking. The music from wedding was loud but we was warned of this upon arrival. On the whole would recommend.

I was disappointed that the hotel was a little out of town. The old part of the building had character, but we where in the new build and it was very cold, no heating on, but there was a heater in the room provided. No chef available upon arrival, but the male receptionist, did do us sandwiches. Waited along time...
