Really pleased to have booked this hotel to spend the night before spending the money the day after at Lakeside. Good room, very friendly staff, very clean and big bathroom, and location is great, just off the M25, really convenient for Lakeside.

Chose to stay here when we had a meeting nearby.
Our room was very very dated and as close to the Dartford Crossing as it could have been, so was noisy all night and was not as clean as we would have liked.
Very basic, bathroom pods etc. Staff polite and friendly.
Near to the motorway but not a problem. Big car park.
Location near to lakeside Shopping centre and trade park.
Wouldn't use it for a family trip but ok for work.
Even though the hotel is located close to the motorway we could not hear any traffic noise. The only niggles were the teaspoons are plastic and bend when making a hot drink and the pillow were a little hard for our liking.

Not sure as we arrived by car, dropped off by son, and got a taxi to the cruise terminal the next day which cost £15. The taxi passed Tilbury Town about 2 miles from the cruise terminal. However the nearest rail stations from The Ibis appear to be Grays or Chalfont Hundreds 2.5 and 3 miles away
