We were supposed to stay for a night and ended up staying two. We had dinner at the Pullman restaurant on Valentine's Day and the service and food was excellent. There is a great fireplace near the reception area that we enjoyed reading/ relaxing by. Beds are super comfortable! We did the falconry lessons which was one of our favorite...

What a beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious, quiet and comfy, the staff was amazing, willing to help with anything that you needed. The walks around this property are wonderful, Irish green everywhere! The hotel overlooks a golf course, has a beautiful chapel along side of the main entrance, beautiful feature for a wedding, and that is what we saw...

We have just returned from a two-night Pullman Package stage at Galway's delightful Glenlo Abbey. A very enjoyable stay in elegant surroundings in a hotel that caters beautifully to its residents. Of particular note are the hotel staff who were always very courteous and attentive. Every one we met was extremely warm and hospitable and nothing was too much trouble....

We stayed here in September 2016 for two nights. We had afternoon tea on arrival which was really lovely, overlooking the golf course - it was quiet but good. We had a room overlooking the back of the abbey which was very pretty. We ate dinner in the rail carriages at the back and had the most amazing food. Its...

What an extraordinary experience. Fantastic top class food and service. A splendid atmospheric first class Orient Express carriage. I really can say it was a top notch dinner for our post Christmas family dinner... Ideal for a special occasion and a very reasonable set menu for the excellence you get!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We went to the hotel as guests for a wedding in December 2016 and had a fantastic time from start to finish. The hotel had been bedecked with Christmas decorations and it was stunningly beautiful. Very cosy, tasteful and not over the top. The service was really lovely from checking in to checking out. I think it's very much the...

I loved everything about the Glenlo Abbey Hotel. I stayed for two nights as part of a birthday celebration. After a rainy and miserable drive down, we were greeted by a roaring fire in the reception area. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. Throughout the stay, the staff were exceptional in their attention to detail and in making the...

The Glenlo Hotel is nicely situated ... near the city, but just far enough to facilitate expansive grounds to give an air of peace and tranquillity. The staff are efficient, polite and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure your comfortable stay. I did not get the opportunity to dine in The Pullman restaurant which comprises...
