Very friendly management and a pleasure to deal with. Well organised and very sociable. The location is nice and quiet and very convenient for the local village. Looking forward to the events during the summer.

I live on this site and whilst I feel sad for the outgoing management, the new management have made a good impression in the few weeks they've been running the place. Things are getting done that were well over due. They are friendly and well in control. This is a beautiful place to live and the people are predominantly friendly....

Stayed 5 weeks at my mates place while working in Margate. Lovely to see the Second World War stuff at the airport, but I didn't realise we were staying in Second World War digs ! There's no lighting at night, plus if you make a sound past 10pm, coming back from Minster (the next Ibiza), the caravans all lean over...

I found Wayside a lovely place to stay. its peaceful and charming. The people are all very friendly and the management are friendly and very helpful. The wine bar is a lovely social hub and frequented by very nice and welcoming people. I will definitely go there again and highly recommend it.

Please please do not rent or purchase here. I couldn't begin to tell you just how bad it is. No pathways, mud everywhere. Gas bottles are very expensive and only sold at certain times. Post is tampered with. Deposit is not given back to you. No amenities, no shop, nothing. A bar that opens on a sat night for four...

I went to wayside for a holiday last August and was there when the management put on a bbq for all the residents including holiday makers I was so impressed with the people and community spirit that I have now brought my own caravan and live on the site. The management (despite their limitations from above) bend over backwards to...

Main gripe was noise made by other caravan-dwellers, mainly loud talking outside caravan. As far as I can see, you cannot walk to and from train station due to narrow roads with no footpath. No facilities to speak of and certainly nothing for children to do, for example, child got told off for riding kids bike by Manager. Muddy when...

Terrible place, they have security cameras watching your every move, some of the site rules are rediculas, one of which includes no hoods! (LETS HOPE IT DOESNT RAIN!) no proper footpath on dangerous lane leading to site, no facitities or entertainment

Caravan itself exceeded all expectations. Clean, comfortable & extremely well appointed. Site was the same, peaceful location, clean, beautifully laid out with lovely flowers and green areas. Owner was helpful and knowledgeable. What really spoiled it for us, was a group of children, obviously long term residents, running riot unsupervised in late afternoon and evenings. Shouting, screaming and ruining the...
