Bob & Liz provided a warm welcome. The room was clean but a bit fussy in a Boho chic way. However, the sunset view over Box valley was very nice indeed. Breakfast was also very good, with Jackie cooking everything to order. But there are a few niggles with the place, which is quite expensive when compared to other B&Bs...

A comfortable clean family run hotel about 7 miles from Bath. Personal service and a good standard of breakfast with a wide choice of food. Plenty of parking at the weekend and a lovely balcony to sit out on and enjoy the lovely views. If you want a stay in a small non chain hotel this is worth considering. The...

It seems like it's been newly refurbished as the whole b&b was decorated lovely and had a nice fresh feeling to it. The room was lovely and could accommodate 3 single beds with en suite which is quite rare. The bathroom was amazing with bath and a shower. The room we stayed in was a little chilly at first but...

A wonderful stay in a very beautiful B&B. Modern bedrooms with classy décor, really comfortable duvets, fluffy towels, fabulous large en-suite wet room. The B&B is only 20 minutes away from the centre of Bath by bus. Bob was so accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area - even giving us a lift when there were no taxis available....

Bob & Liz Matthews are great hosts, we felt welcome as soon as we arrived. Stayed in Room 4 on the front side of the house and it was lovely. Great shower with good water-pressure, nice big kingsize bed and cozy decor. Slept like a log! Breakfast was delicious and served attentively. Many thanks for a very pleasant stay!!

Few rooms, very well taken care of. Luxury and stylish. Clean and warm during winter. Beautiful English breakfast (absolutely loved porridge)! Liz and Bob are wonderful hosts, no need of bringing your own books, plenty available in the bedrooms and in the breakfast room.
