Wonderfully warm welcome, slick organisation in view of the size of our group, beautiful location. My son and I shared a room, our pre-dinner plan was a marathon session in the pool for him whilst I chilled out in the room. We were situated in one of the outdoor suites adjacent to the main building. The room was ideal for...

From my initial inquiry the staff were really accommodating and helpful. They catered for our every need and could not do enough for us even when I'm sure they wanted to go to...

A really welcoming hidden gem in Wales. Excellent facilities, food, rooms and service. Perfect for large groups such as ours this weekend. Would recommend without hesitation. Owner Isabella was the perfect and most youthful 83 year old host you could ever hope to meet! Many thanks Hotel Port Dinorwic from Anselmians RUFC

Great couple of days visiting ZipWorld which was not too far away. Great hotel location, clean rooms, friendly staff and fab breakfast. Wish we had more time to visit Anglesea (the bridges are very close) and the whole area more. Huge room that catered for the 3 of us easily with an amazing view over the Menai straights. Will definitely...

Second visit here (1st time 3-4 yrs ago) .This time stayed in the Sea View (1st floor) apartment and enjoyed a great base for a hill-walking weekend with friends. Comfortable, clean, tidy accommodation. Loved having breakfast in the front dining area with windows on three sides for views of the Menai Straits and Dinorwic Marina. Staff are very friendly and...

We were told that as storm Doris was due during our stay it might the view could be fun and it was! The staff proved to be so extremely...

I stayed at this lovely hotel while I was on a course at a nearby Sea School on the recommendation of one of the Instructors. It was a quiet time of the year just prior to the Christmas closure but the hotel was full of charm and character. My room was clean, well appointed and had everything that I needed...

“Nature of the building means walls are thin and noise travels. Was fine when we stayed but if a wedding or stag night there it could be a problem. Some building works underway. Try the Italian restaurant on the other side of the bridge (Enoteca?) for an evening meal - pricey but very good authentic Italian (primi, secondi etc.) You could also do worse than try the hotel's own Bistro. Although the setting and service were a little of the 1970s Robins Nest variety the food was exceptionally and unexpectedly well cooked and for the quality good value.”
