I was greeted with a friendly welcome by Dave and Rita and made to feel comfortable and at home. Facilities are excellent with underfloor heating which is naturally heated. The local area is beautiful and were I to do my NC500 trip again I would have spent more time walking around loch Brora than at Golspie to fully appreciate it....

As usual I can only commend the proprietors for making us feel welcome here. The quality and 'vibe' of the accommodation, however, felt a little tacky, although this could be attributed to the fact that this is a new build. An acceptable place to stay, albeit there are most likely more characterful (and easier to find) B&Bs in the area.

Dave and Rita are very friendly and accommodating proprietors of this great B&B. It has a great location within 30 yards of the River Brora and suitably fitted out retreat for fishermen with secure rod racks etc. Rooms are very clean, with great bathroom facilities one would expect from a B&B. We were made very welcome, breakfast times were changed...

I have never felt the need to leave a review on Trip Advisor until now. I booked this guesthouse for 1 night around 2 weeks in advance of a business trip. After a hard days work, I found myself searching in the dark for the house for around 30 minutes (it is very secluded and no directions were provided) I...

Easily one of the best B&Bs I've stayed in. Newly built 'Eco' house in a stunning location overlooking the River Brora. Modern en-suite rooms are fantastic. Excellent breakfasts and packed lunches available too. A perfect location for a fishing/walking trip to this gorgeous area.
