Hi, I would just just like to say how disappointed my partner and I have been on our last break at the cottage in the west highlands. Previously we have stayed at natural retreats lodges in john'o'groats,Yorkshire dales and llyn peninsula, all of which were absolutely amazing and top quality which is why we chose to holiday with them again...

We stayed here in July for 6 nights and overall it was okay, property was a bit run down in places which is a shame for the price that you pay. Quiet location and central to most areas for the sightseeing. On the negative all which have be raised with Natural Retreats Management the properties window locks are all broken...

The welcome basket was a nice surprise, but unfortunately the wifi wasn't working (it was fixed before we left!) It also had a leaking velux window, but we were not affected by this as we only used the...

Welcome basket was a lovely gesture. It was a cold weekend, but the heating was on throughout the weekend, so lovely to come back to a warm house! Quite away...

We really loved our weeks's stay at the old school house. The accomodation is fabulous, the rooms are beautifully decorated and have stunning views. The playstation was a big hit for my 3 young girls, although we could only find 1 controller, and when playing Harry Potter game, all three would have benefitted from being able to play together. The...

Can't believe I'm the first to write a review for this place. Will have to make it a good one now. This place was brilliant. I could live there. I've stayed at the Cornish cottages before which was what made me decide to try Scotland despite the lack of reviews (normally I read the reviews before deciding). After spending the...
