Took my mum for afternoon tea as a treat for her 90th birthday. The food was really good so much we couldn't eat it all so we were given a goody box to take rest home. Very friendly staff so much choice an excellent afternoon.

Had lunch with friends, 16 of us, great restaurant, staff very friendly, food hot, well presented and ample. Good choice for a large group, meals served quickly and could add further starters at short notice.

Does the hotel have anywhere to keep bikes safely?
My son and wife (59 ) are disabled and have slight learning difficulties they need full board and either ground floor rooms or a lift The care firm Leslie deals with are based on Sheppey and would assist Leslie each morning as at home the rest of the time they are self sufficient, is this hotel suitable for them?
"our room was oposite the local pub so was a bit noisy"
"Speak with the very friendly manager for advice."
"We only ate here, so no comment on rooms"
