We visited this pub/restaurant last night and today. Situated in the beautiful Norfolk country side a short drive from Norwich this place is a must visit. It has new owners that have just taken the place over and have high ambition to make the establishment a success. It

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay and the lovely view from your room. The heating to the guest rooms is on constantly and is controlled by the thermostats on both the radiator and heated towel rail in each room so that each guest gets the room temperature that suits them - I am sorry if the person checking you in forgot to explain this and I will address this with the team, particularly now that cooler weather has arrived. With regard to the TV, all are checked daily and are currently working - not sure what was wrong on the day you stayed - probably a standby switch I think - but would have sorted it out for you had we known. Our WiFi is normally pretty good so I apologise for any signal issues during your stay - hopefully the Chancellor’s budget announcements will bring a better service to our village! We look forward to welcoming you back to The Plough sometime soon.
