Very poor experience, room was old fashioned and not with keeping of rest of hotel, carpet worn and bugs in bed. Will not be staying here again. Breakfast was OK, nothing exceptional. Poor management too, will not be staying here again.

Big imposing building - Cant be a chain Hotel? Right on a main road with huge lawns and a massive car park, cant be close to City Centres - But it is! Inside is every bit as smart as the outside, rooms were really spacious and comfy ! Shower works a treat - plenty of hot water !

Used this hotel as friends got married there. Service was not great. Lack of staff. Wrong food sent out. Bathroom flooring very slippy and i slipped over bumping my head. Reception did not know how to deal with. Great nights sleep but not worth the money. Will not use again.

Hotel is really really nice. Marco Pierre’s restaurant service is shocking. Took 30 minutes to bring wine after ordering. Had to wait ages for food. Breakfast was very good albeit had to ask and wait for items to be replenished.

I have stayed up all night. If it wasn't for Rachel I would have been all on my own. Rachel has helped me keep my sanity. Whilst doing her job she has kept me entertained and laughing the whole time

Hi is it near to warwick train station and is there any public transport to warwick castle please ?
Warwick is nearly 20 miles from Meriden. Look for hotels in Leamington Spa, it's a lot nearer.

Hi how far is it from the genting arena please How did u get to the arena
Very sorry, in my first reply I was talking about the wrong venue. The Genting Arena is located at the side of Birmingham Airport and you would need to go by car(expensive parking) or taxi, it is about 5 miles from Meriden.

Hello My friend is getting married here this year and I’m looking for a good hair dresser who will come out to the hotel and do wedding hair on the day - I wondered if anyone has any suggestions or has been married here and done this :) Thank you in advance
Suggest you contact the hoetel wedding/conference co ordinator. The staff here seemed knowledgable and friendly. They may have someone on their books

Hi i was wondering if we are able to book and check in around 10/11 am
It is unlikely if the hotel is fully booked as it will depend on how quickly the guests from the night before check out and how long it takes to turn the room round. It is worth asking the day/night prior but there will be no guarantee.
